As a financial services expert with over 15 years of experience in real estate investment and wealth management, Michael’s mission has been to enhance how investors access and succeed in real estate investment opportunities through technology-driven solutions. Michael built his expertise managing both institutional relationships and individual investors through his roles at Merrill Lynch, U.S. Trust, and Sharestates. His comprehensive experience spans credit analysis, asset management, operations, trading desk functions, and investment strategy across various real estate investment types.

Ryan has nearly 20 years in alternative investments, starting as a fund accountant at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley Fund Services. He focused on accounting and collaborated with operations teams on firm-wide projects. Over his career, he has dealt with various asset classes and complex financial calculations. For the past 4 years, Ryan has been Vice President of Finance and Compliance at Veloce Capital and founded Cardinal Financial Consulting, offering bookkeeping and fractional CFO services while maintaining a presence in alternative investments.
Growth and Operations Manager
At Forte, Tasveera drives growth initiatives and operations, enhancing investor engagement and shaping brand identity. Her ESG background supports Forte’s mission to democratize real estate investing through transparent, sustainable practices. Previously, she led ESG strategy at Willis Towers Watson (WTW), conducted maturity assessments at Grant Thornton, and contributed to growth at Thallo. Her background includes research at Columbia University, digital strategy at Al Jazeera Contrast VR, and political campaign roles. Tasveera holds a master’s from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s from King’s College London.

Prior to his current role, Martin was a Managing Director with Accenture Strategy and a Partner with IBM. He began his strategy consulting career at Bain & Company where he became a Partner and led Bain’s global Telecom, Media, and Technology practice.
Martin received an MA in Physics from Oxford University and an MBA from Stanford. He is married with four children and lives in Boston, USA. He has lived and worked in the UK, Australia and the US, and holds dual UK and US citizenship.
